COURSE OVERVIEW

Our Breaking Limits Training Series is designed to equip community leaders, mentors, trainers and coaches with the skills and tools to inspire confidence, motivation and opportunity through movement-based programmes. The skills developed throughout the series will give you the power to fuel long-term, positive behavior change that will ultimately transform both yourself and the lives of the young people you reach.
